Synopsis

We walk around a brand new town but it’s still incomplete , the ochre facade , the fields of “de la Mancha”.

A few neighbors from all ages invite us and tell us about their hopes and dreams, one after the other they all reveal one different way to live in this city stigmatized by the economy crisis ever since the first construction.

The first generation of children who grew up there are now teenagers .

And now… The town of El Quiñon starts to write its own story, as the one we only knew as the “ghost town” is starting to get more and more inhabitants .

During the national elections I try to draw a intimate vision of Spain. Ten years after the economy crisis. In the “youngest city of Spain” !

It’s the fantasy , the life within the inhabitants and the connection they have between each other is what allows them to take control of their incertain future.
